Our Programs CrossFit Juniors (School Years 3-6) Our Juniors program focuses on fundamental movement skills and introduces basic CrossFit exercises in a playful and age-appropriate manner. Workouts are designed to improve overall fitness while keeping kids engaged and having fun. Focus Areas: Coordination, flexibility, basic strength, and fun. Class Structure: Warm-up, skill development, workout of the day (WOD), and cool-down games. CrossFit Teens (Ages 13-17) The Teens program is more structured and challenging, catering to the evolving fitness needs of adolescents. It emphasises strength training, conditioning, and skill development, preparing teens for higher levels of athletic performance and overall fitness and it usually follows the adult class programme with some adaptions. Focus Areas: Strength, endurance, agility, and advanced CrossFit skills. Class Structure: Warm-up, strength or skill training, WOD, and mobility work.
