What is HYROX?

HYROX is a global fitness competition that bridges the gap between traditional endurance events and functional fitness competitions. Participants complete a set of eight functional fitness exercises, each followed by a 1 km run, making up a total of 8 km of running and 8 challenging workout stations. This gruelling yet exhilarating format tests your strength, endurance, and mental toughness.
