HYROX is a global fitness competition that bridges the gap between traditional endurance events and functional fitness competitions. Participants complete a set of eight functional fitness exercises, each followed by a 1 km run, making up a total of 8 km of running and 8 challenging workout stations. HYROX Training Structure Foundation Phase Build a solid fitness foundation with a focus on improving your overall strength, cardiovascular endurance, and functional movement patterns. This phase includes a mix of running drills, strength training, and conditioning workouts. Specialisation Phase Hone in on the specific movements and exercises featured in HYROX. Our coaches will guide you through targeted training sessions, including sled pushes, wall balls, rowing, and more, ensuring you master each component of the race. Competition Phase Simulate race conditions with high-intensity workouts that combine running and functional fitness exercises. This phase is designed to boost your endurance, speed, and mental toughness, preparing you for the demands of the HYROX race. Recovery and Mobility Maintain peak performance with dedicated recovery and mobility sessions. Our programs include stretching, foam rolling, and mobility work to keep your body in top condition and prevent injuries.
