Description
Each CrossFit class consists of a mixture of Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, gymnastics, and cardio. Typically, a class is broken up into three parts: - A warmup - A skill or strength element - Then a workout of the day (WOD). The warmup is tailored to the skill or strength component, so you and your body are prepared for what comes next. Led by our excellent coaching team, all our members find that CrossFit classes combine the right level of support and challenge to make progress at a rate that suits them. Workouts are scaled to each person’s abilities so whether you’re a beginner or seasoned CrossFitter, you are all working out together to inspire and motivate each other. If you’re short on time then CrossFit is the most efficient way to stay active, combining strength and conditioning and mobility, giving your whole body a workout in just 60 minutes. PLUS doing it alongside a group of people who share similar goals makes it a lot of fun! Included in CrossFit membership's is speciality classes. Designed to complement class programming, our speciality classes run in 5-7 week blocks with a focus on a specific element of gymnastics, olympic lifting, developing engine or building strength. Speciality classes are perfect if you’re looking for the time and expertise to enable you to crack a specific skill like pull ups, or want to dedicate more time to your olympic lifting outside of class.
