Meet Jesse
Jesse graduated as a Physiotherapist in London in 2003. Having worked for 10 years in the NHS and 13 years as the clinical lead at a large private practice in London he is now moving his practice down to CrossFit Bosham where he is teaming up with his friends to serve the local community.
Jesse has worked with all ages treating injuries from head to toe. He has worked in Rheumatology, Orthopaedic, Headache and Back Pain clinics in the NHS across London, including 2 years at Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital. Jesse has worked with athletes, weekend warriors, runners, couch potatoes and everyone in between. He has also worked with Charlton Athletic FC, London Irish Rugby Club and London 2012 Athletes. Jesse set up a Vestibular Rehabilitation Clinic in London working with people struggling with dizziness, concussion and imbalance. So whatever your age, whether you have an ache or pain, a sports injury, are feeling dizzy, recovering from surgery or just want to understand why your body doesn’t do what you want it to do, Jesse will be more than happy to help you on your journey to recovery.
Meet Jemma
Jemma graduated from the University of Glamorgan in 2002 with a BSc (Hons) in Chiropractic. Registered with the General Chiropractic Council and the British Chiropractic Association, and recognised by all medical insurance companies. After working for a Chiropractic Clinic for 8 years Jemma went on to set up Southdowns Chiropractic in 2012 in Petworth.
This has grown from strength to strength and she is now ready to add joining the Crossfit team to her working week. Jemma focuses on finding the primary cause of your pain and how your body has adapted. Treatment is aimed at improving joint and muscle function through manipulation, muscle release and followed up by advice and exercises to help prevent further exacerbations. She treats all ages and conditions from head to toe. Jemma is trained in the use of dry needling, kinesiology taping and chronic pain management. Also recently completing a course in hypopressive pelvic floor therapy.
